Cristina DiGiacomo
Founder & Chief AI Philosophy Officer, 10P1 Inc.
Cristina DiGiacomo is a philosopher of systems who builds ethical infrastructure for the age of AI.
She is the founder and steward of the 10+1™ Commandments of Human–AI Co-Existence™, a principled decision standard for leaders navigating artificial intelligence at speed, scale, and consequence.
She works at the intersection of philosophy, systems design, and executive leadership, guiding institutions to embed moral clarity into complex AI environments. Her work reframes AI governance from compliance exercise to leadership discipline.
Cristina brings more than two decades of experience in digital strategy and organizational transformation. She holds a Master of Science in Organizational Change Management and has studied philosophy for over fourteen years, integrating classical ethical reasoning with modern AI systems.
She is the author of the #1 bestselling book Wise Up! At Work and has been recognized for both strategic and philosophical contributions, including two Publisher’s Awards from The New York Times, a Cannes Cyber Lion shortlist distinction, and IAOTP’s Philosopher of the Year.
Cristina leads the C-Suite Network AI Council and advises executives, boards, and institutions on responsible AI leadership, systems ethics, and principled innovation.
Paul Anthony Claxton

Paul Anthony Claxton is a venture capital fund manager and seasoned entrepreneur focused on AI governance, AI-native innovation, and institutional execution. He supports 10P1 as Partner for Institutional Partnerships and Capital Strategy, building relationships with enterprises, capital providers, and mission-aligned stakeholders to scale adoption of responsible AI frameworks.
Paul is Managing Partner at Digerati Investments, an early-stage VC firm investing in companies building AI-native products and solutions. He also leads Reciprocity ROI, a diligence and capital strategy firm helping founders and investment stakeholders strengthen governance posture, capital readiness, and execution discipline. His work turns principles into partnerships and partnerships into durable programs with measurable outcomes.
